The surgery is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.

APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are generally available during the hours:
Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 1pm & 2pm - 5.30pm

All consultations are by appointment and can be made either by telephone or in person at the reception desk. If you are UNABLE to keep your appointment, please inform the surgery as soon as possible as appointments are in great demand. Click here to cancel an appointment. Patients are entitled to request an appointment with the doctor of their choice and we endevour to accommodate such requests where possible.

URGENT APPOINTMENTS
A small number of emergency appointments are available each day for urgent problems. If you feel your condition warrants and emergency appointment, please contact the surgery as early as possible. The receptionist has been instructed to obtain a few details to allow the doctor or nurse to assess the urgency of your case.

HOME VISITS
Home visits are only for patients who are too ill to attend the surgery. If you require a home visit please telephone before 10.00am. Again the receptionist has been instructed to obtain a few details to allow the doctor to assess whether a home visit is appropriate. Please bear in mind that a Doctor can see three or four people in surgery in the time it takes to do one home visit.
